We will ask you a few questions including your child’s age, location and what difficulties you would like our help with. Our psychologist will then be in contact with you to gather any other necessary information.
Psychoeducational assessment (including intellectual and academic assessments)- $1800.
Intellectual assessment- $1500.
ADHD assessment (including intellectual and executive functioning assessment)- $1800.
Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessment- $2000.
Medicare rebates are not available for psychoeducational assessments.
A Medicare rebate may be available for an Autism Spectrum Disorder assessment with an appropriate referral from a Paediatrician or Psychiatrist (not a GP).
Travel may incur additional costs and an upfront quote can be provided.
Individuals are able to access Medicare rebates for up to 10 psychology sessions per year, providing they have a Mental Health Care Plan and referral from their General Practitioner, Paediatrician, or Psychiatrist.
Fees are $240.35 for a 1-hour session.
Medicare provides a benefit of $160.35 which leaves an $80 gap that will be invoiced to you following each session and payable within 7 days.
Clients with an NDIS plan with funding in the appropriate category may utilise this to access psychology sessions. We are able to accept clients with NDIS plans that are self-managed or plan-managed. Sessions are charged at the recommended NDIS pricing for psychological therapy which is $234.83 per hour. Travel is charged at the hourly session rate.
Accounts will be invoiced following each session and payable within 7 days.
